When did the 4 theme pack + 1 premium change there pricing. I don’t have time or the patience to be logging into Telus every day like it’s a email.
currently it’s $38 and I’m paying double that. Like to know when it happened and looking for some credit in my account. I can literally click and get the “discount” why wasn’t this just automatically adjusted? How long was a paying for double the price for?
There’s that and after waiting 2 hours on hold. One of my tv boxes glitches out and will not stay connected or on, eventually goes dark or continues to restart it self. No one can tell me where to send there garbage to get a new one. I can go to Canada post and say Telus but that does not get me a new box that I’m paying service on and not receiving. If I waste a day on hold with Telus. I can waste a day to bring Roger’s in and rip out all your garbage. I have cell phone, tv, internet with Telus and considering cancelling all my services with the fines not to deal with this again. Make it right, make it fair
