Telus TV+ Login issue

I've always used Optix TV app on my android phone and it's now changed to Telus TV+ and I can no longer login. I get Login Failed and then Missing Auth Code/State. I can login to My Telus app with my credentials with no issue. Can anyone help?

Which phone and which version of Android?

I also have this issue. Also a pixel 4 (4a) and Android 13.. wonder if there is an issue with the phone/version ?
