When will Telus upgrade the tv app to include recorded shows?

On the latest Optik TV platform, cloud PVR recording does allow recorded programs to be watched on a number of devices. You can check out the page at our website HERE.

Hi @250LR, cloud recording is only compatible with the latest Optik TV platform. If you're a current Optik TV customer with earlier versions of 4K boxes, you can request to be migrated via this link: telus.com/tvboxrequest

However, please remember that you cannot revert to older equipment once the migration is complete. I encourage you to review feedback from other users within this forum to make an informed decision before migrating. Hope that helps!
