I was told i could choose 5 channels on MyTelus App to change to all cantonese channels for my parents.
The OptikTV portion on app never loads and says try again later. Ive called an agent and he said he changed the channels for me and would be up and running ASAP or 30 mins. 8 Hours later and still not working. On the tv when i press subscription options it says its already part of my subscriptions? What can i do to get this working?

Are the channels up and running for you this morning? Sometimes it can take a bit of time for the orders to flow through the system.
