Our PVR is randomly going to green screen while watching the TV.
Sometimes happens 3 or 4 times every 10 mins, then all is good again.
Tried resetting all components, but no change.
Is this a faulty machine? or flaky firmware?

If the green screensaver is coming up that frequently, you will want to contact tech support directly. Either by chat or phone.
