I recently had another optic tv box delivered for an additional tv. I went through set up and always get to the point of login to Telus tv plus. when I use my credentials the login fails. I spent 1.5 hours the other day with their technical support and reset, rebooted and did everything possible. The issue was still there so they finally sent a new box and guess what... same issue. is there a difference between Telus login and Telus tv plus login? I would talk to the help desk but apparently they are closed.
There is only one username/password for Telus services. It will the credentials you login to view your bill or make changes to services. Have you tried the Telus TV+ app?
