Dear Telus Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while attempting to transfer my Telus services to my new address. The entire process has been exceedingly frustrating and inconvenient, leading to significant disruptions in our plans that required us to postpone various arrangements.
Initially, I was informed that my services could not be transferred. However, after spending over four hours on the phone to cancel my service, I was subsequently told that the services could indeed be moved to my new location. This inconsistency in information is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience to my household.
Moreover, the lack of clear communication regarding pricing and service details has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The time and effort spent trying to navigate this process have not only been disappointing but have also resulted in delays to our important plans.
