Does anyone know how to remove a sensor from a security system. My Carbon monoxide is faulty and I need to remove from my devices until new one arrives. I called today, waited an hour and the individual didn't remove the sensor as it has no batteries, my panel is now beeping and the wait to speak to Telus is over an hour. Service much better when was ADT. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Our SmartHome Security team should have walked you through the process, even if the monitoring device doesn't have batteries. Reach out to us over at our Twitter / X or Facebook pages so we can verify your account, gather your info, and arrange for a callback from our SmartHome team directly.
