Unable to access my account for four months due to EverSafe

EverSafe does not allow my legitimate email address. Please can I get an update?

Hi @dru it's now been 7 months and the team still hasn't fixed this simple bug and I still have no access to my account. Pretty bad wouldn't you agree?
