Telus door lock error message-not fully locking

Telus door lock with deadbolt and keypad - getting an error message that could not lock or unlock due to mechanical issue.
Deadbolt locks but it doesn't think it's locked so it keeps beeping as if it's not locked as deadbolt not turning full way.

Have you performed a re calibration of the lock?

Recalibration would be the same as factory reset?

Correct as you have to perform a reset and then re orientate the deadbolt.
