Did anyone find that their former ADT account was switched to on-line (paperless) billing without their consent?
Seems to have happened to my account sometime around September. Very infuriating, and customer unfriendly. Only found out when I started getting "we're going to suspend your service in seven days" e-mails, and the e-mails didn't identify whether it was my former ADT home security account or my cell phone. Why was this done, Telus, and who authorized it? Most annoying.

It wasn't me who switched to on-line (paperless) billing, since I didn't even know I had two separate Telus profiles. Someone at Telus did this, and I'm not at all happy. I will investigate other security companies, after having this system for 31 years, because I'm rightly teed off right now. (Assuming this forum does not permit profanity.)
