Hello. I have QOLSYS smoke detectors. I've noticed that they flash an amber/orange light (not yellow) on the "hush" button -not on the LED light- once in a while, approximately once an hour. The LED lights continue to flash a green light. The batteries are all OK and there are no chirps. The device manual does not mention anything about an amber/orange light on the hush button.
I would like to know whether there is a problem with my smoke detectors. Please keep me posted. Thank you!

Thank you for providing information about your QOLSYS smoke detectors. It appears you're experiencing an unusual behavior with the amber/orange light flashing on the hush button. Based on the information available, I can provide some insights, but I cannot definitively state whether there is a problem with your smoke detectors.
Here's what we know about QOLSYS smoke detectors:
Given that you're seeing an amber/orange light on the hush button specifically, and not on the main LED, this behavior is not explicitly described in the standard documentation. Additionally, you mentioned that the batteries are okay and there are no chirps, which rules out some common issues.
The hush button is typically used to silence the sounder during an alarm condition.
Yellow flashes usually indicate some form of trouble or maintenance need:
Under normal conditions, the green LED should flash every 12 seconds.
These detectors typically use a tricolored LED (red, yellow, green) to indicate various statuses.
