I got the smart home security camera and a smart bulb. I set them up. Downloaded the app and got them set up on there as well. Everything is working fine. But I keep getting texts and emails from Telus saying I haven’t set it up. I have gone through the process again and nothing changed. Am I missing something?

Hmm, that's odd. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and/or ensuring you have the latest updated version?
