I've been trying to get a tech come over and look at our panel, FOR OVER A MONTH NOW! Technical support for home services doesn't pick up the phone, the AI one the website doesn't support any security related questions, there is not a single phone number to call for support that doesn't take me to your BOT which is absolutely useless.

 

I need to speak to a live agent that can help me! I don't understand what I'm paying for right now and if I don't hear back within a couple of days I will be canceling ALL MY ACCOUNTS with telus.

 

Absolutely not acceptable!

I've been on hold for hours! I keep getting transferred from one department to another because it appears that nobody deals with our type of security?! What do you mean - that type of security?! It's your service with your products set up by your technicians!

And why do I have to call the sales rep to get to talk to a person, to be able to get transferred to a home support department? And then get transferred AGAIN because it's the wrong home support department? Are you kidding me? Why is there no direct line where I can speak to a representative and not deal with your AI bot that keeps hanging up on me when I say the system is not responding?

Are you guys for real? if that is what you call exceptional service - I would like to cancel my security account IMMEDIATELY, I'm not paying for a system that doesn't work and doesn't have proper support.
