Email bill notification not working

Just Moved In

I'm not receiving an email when my home security bill is ready. That's my only service with Telus. Email address is correct. I even tried to add text notification but when I try to save my phone number I get a generic "Sorry, something went wrong on our end.Please try again later." error message

Hi @Habsfan1  Can you try and clear your browser history then try your login again? 

That does not work. Tried a different browser also and same result.

If that didn't do the trick, give our SmartHome Security team a call at 1-855-255-8828 and they can get it sorted for you.
