I sent TELUS_Support a private message, which led to a phone call from a manager, which led to a technician being sent out.
The technician was able to disable a "delayed arming" setting for arm stay, which has caused the system to arm immediately without an exit countdown. Voila, no more noise from the panel when I arm stay.

By memory, there is two settings for sound. One for the alarm and one for the sensors.
If we are talking about the security system I had you get to settings by putting finger at top of screen and sliding down. To get to advance you need the master password.

On April 10 (over 1 month ago) I received a text message from Telus. The message stated that they had tried to contact me. I was given a contact name, a phone # (and extension) to call, and a case #, and was asked to leave a voice message with my particulars. I have left messages 3 separate times, but have yet to be contacted. I'm disappointed.
