24/7 security if wifi goes down?

Homeboy

We have Telus Home Security through our internet. Telus is our internet provider. Please confirm that Telus “home security experts will monitor the system around the clock” and that we’ll “be notified when the system is compromised” - even if/when our internet goes down.

Your website states:
Get the peace of mind with 24/7 coverage.
Our home security experts monitor the system around the clock. You’ll be notified when the system is compromised, in situations like fires, floods, break-ins, and carbon monoxide warnings. Our experts take immediate action if alarms are detected, and then you get an alert via the SmartHome Security app.

I assume you have the Qolsys IQ Panel. Telus uses that in 99% of home install. When your wifi connection fails, it switches to it's cellular backup so it's always connected. The system is monitored 24/7 and they're VERY responsive to any alarms.

If you don't have Wi-Fi internet, as long as you have power of the control panel, the security will still work.
It has cellular sim card for back up internet.
