TV lost signal

Anybody who had experience TV lost its signal?

Not sure to what context your question is related. In my experience if it's the TV+ 21T box when turned off or in sleep mode hit the Ok button after powering up to initialize  (wake up). I have boxes connected to TV and  a projector.

The TV picture will freeze and then the Optik Page will come out showing

Television signal has been lost.

To restore service try the following

1. check other channels

2. check your Telus supplied equipment

3. check internet connection

4. restart your Optik digital box


I tried 1-4, but it's still happening.

The internet is working well though.

Have you checked that your all cables, including HDMI connections, are seated properly? That can be a culprit for these issues as well. You've stated that you've tried all other troubelshooting so if nothing's working, send us a private message here and we can discuss further!
