Hi all
I am currently with Rogers/Shaw. I used to be with Telus but had to cancel my services due to the many TV box issues that have been canvassed in this forum. Today, Telus called me and offered me a deal to switch back. I am wondering if the majority of the TV box issues have been resolved (I haven't kept abreast of the issue since 2023) or whether I should just stick with Rogers/Shaw. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Our team is constantly updating our Optik system, as well as implementing regular patches and releases to address known issues. They'll also continue to do so moving forward, and we use feedback from this community to share directly with the dev team in order to prioritize said updates and releases.
