Recording a show at a specific time not working.

I record Global News (Edmonton) every day and no matter what I do, it records the 5-6 am news and the 6-9 am news. I have set my PVR to only record one episode and to record starting at 6 am but I always get both. Any suggestions?

This should work.

Find the show you wish to record and ensure it's the correct channel and time. Select record series and then go to Time and change it to "anyday, any time, once per day". Save and should be good to go.

You can confirm by going to scheduled recordings and review what will be recorded.

Thanks for the suggestion. This is the way that I had done it and it doesn’t work.

Strange I tested it on my PVR and didn't have that issue.

Did you change the time to "anyday, any time once per day"?

Yes. I wonder if it is my PVR box that needs replacing?

Also check if you have multiple scheduled recordings for the same show under Scheduled Recordings.
