PVR programs sometimes

Some of my programs will record properly. Some will record half the program, even though it looks as though it programmed the whole hour. Others look like they are programmed, but I get an unavailable message when I try to play them back. Plugging and unplugging the PVR does nothing. Plugging and unplugging the modem also does nothing to help with this problem.

If that doesn't fix your issues you will likely need to have someone at Telus look into it.

Have done these things before. Works for a while but I never know when the problem will resurface. Could be my internet too as Alexa cuts out and each echo dot has to be reset. Have talked to Telus a few times but the solution is only temporary. Thanks for trying

The PVR should have a wired network connection while Alexa is wifi. My PVR has been rock solid but not so much with Alexa.
