Since the recent App update, I keep getting the same error message with any VOD content that I attempt to play.
A few questions:
Are you subscribed to the appropriate channels (W network for The Love Club)?
Are you able to watch Live content from these channels?
Is this happening across multiple devices (this looks like an iPad screenshot - have you tried an iPhone or on a computer at telustvplus.com)?
What version of iOS are you running?
