Missing or wrong episodes

Many times when I am watching on demand shows, the new episodes sometimes take a few weeks to upload or are missing and recently I found the wrong episode for the wrong series...

Example  Slice Below Deck S10 Ep9 is actually an episode of Below Deck Adventure S1 Ep9

Is there somewhere to notify Telus about these things?
