Missing episode (4) of Tracker

There was a new episode of Tracker for on demand, but when you go in, episode 1 is gone, there is episode 2, then episode 3 and another episode 3, but no 4.  Also the season finale of Naked and Afraid, the challenge one was cut off at the end so couldn't see who won. Who/how do I contact someone about the funny stuff in Optik On Demand?

Yes. Trying to watch season 2 episode 4 but there are just two episode 3's and no episode 1

Tracker. I have been recording this but watching a few days ahead with On Demand, but just noticed that the next episode #6 will be aired live and On Demand on the same day Nov 22nd.

There are 7 episodes in season 2.

But nothing on live TV the following week and On Demand has it marked as a subscription. Anyone know more about this?
