Brand new customer 3 days post service install I still can't choose my channel packages on the mytelus app or through the browser. The fact that I wasn't given the opportunity to choose when signing up and told "You can easily make changes (to the channels selected) online after the install" is disappointing. However waiting on hold for over 90 mins to speak with customer service and still getting nowhere has left me with minimal patience and significantly past the stage of feeling irritated.
This is not good.

There can sometimes be a bit of a delay with that feature after a new service activation. It's not ideal so our apologies for that. Did you end up getting the content changed?
