Renew $3 Rate Plan SD

My $3 Rate Plan SD did not renew as I did not have enough in my balance.  I  have had a Telus prepaid account for many many years and was grandfathered into this plan.  I have now topped up, but there is no place to choose the $3 Rate Plan SD option.  I have tried Telus Assist, account page online, voice call.  I have asked for the option to pay from my credit card each month, but am told I can only pay from the balance.  Restrictions on the method of payment seem arbitrary to me and cause problems that are unnecessary.

That, unfortunately is one of the risks of having such grandfathered plans expire. To my knowledge, there is no way to get them back once gone, as the plan no longer exists as a selection for either you or a Telus rep.
