I was in jail for 8 months and couldn't pay my mobile monthly payments. Now I'm out, I want to reactivate, but can't seem to log in to do so.

Your best bet would likely be to contact Telus directly at 1-866-558-2273

Welcome back. Sign up as a new customer for a new number if you can't login to My Telus to retrieve your old profile. Just get your Sim card shipped to your address. You can order it online if you need to. I wouldn't waste time worrying about service Telus already disconnected for non payment. If in doubt, get a Rogers line and wait it out for awhile if Telus fails to give you a line.
