Anytime I am on my home wifi, I am
blocked from accessing the Telus website and I am unable to log into my account via the app. I get a Cloudflare error and it says to contact the website. Well I called and was on the phone for over an hour, and my issue was supposed to be escalated and have a ticket assigned to it. I was told I would receive and email update, but not update came, and it has been about 3 weeks. I cannot email Telus to give them the Clouflare error ID. Has anyone had this issue resolved?

Are you using a VPN? Does the error come up on just one device or all devices you own? What is the Cloudflare error number? Have you looked it up online yet?

I have the same issue. The error keeps saying that you need to contact the site owner for access.
