Just a note to anyone either thinking of switching to Telus or are up for renewal.

You maybe in for a surprise.

 

Even if an agent from Telus gives you a price in writing does not guarantee that it will be honored.

I've been trying for a year now to get this issue resolved.

I provided written proof what was offered and they still refuse to accept it.

 

Can no longer trust anything they say so needless to say I will be making the switch to another carrier as soon as my contracts come up, just way too expensive to cancel the contract now.

 

Anyone who reads this should look at alternatives before signing with Telus.
