Amazon Gift Cards

Two major disappointments today: discovered that Amazon gift cards are no longer available and the "cost" of redeeming points now includes extra points over and above face value. Amazon gift cards were a wonderful benefit of my Telus account. Will Amazon cards be offered again? And how does Telus justify charging extra points? Are Telus awards a perk or a business?

Hi @doug1955 we are not able to offer those rewards anymore and so far there aren't plans to bring them back. However, the rewards team is always looking for new opportunities to bring value to the program
