I have tried everything including the suggestions from Telus . I am never able to log into the rewards portal to agree to the terms of the service . This has been going on for what seems like forever . What gives ???????
All I ever get is the page that says......
OPPPPS something went wrong .
Can anyone here help . I just dread contacting support as they are mostly useless .

I am trying to get to the page that allows me to agree to the terms for the rewards program , but all I ever get is the OOOOPPS something went wrong page . I have tried with Firefox , Chrome , and Safari . I have tried on the web on my M1 iMac as well as on my iPhone 15 pro . I have tried on the My Telus app . I have been at this for over a month . I am doing this to transfer points from our previous account to my new account .
