Telus called on Oct 21 offered a bundled plan to switch from Shaw to telus said they would cancel shaw for us. Telus hooked us up on Nov 8 and they never canceled shaw until Dec 12 , on the hook for a shaw bill that was late in the mail from canada post strike of 213.00$ ontop of existing telus bill. Thought cancelation took place 5 days after installation not one month?!?.
Good job telus any possible solution to this other than paying both companies for services for the same month?
