My bad------- laptop is have real problems new one arriving this week. Checked desktop it is just fine

Problem is intermittent and may be on the Telus side. I got a gateway error earlier this morning doing a search but then it worked the second try.

I get this occasionally. There's something sloppy on the design of their site the causes it to pop up every once in a while in certain cases. Clearing browser cookies fixes the issue.

@loosemeat I have found that when billing cycle has ended don't bother to look at your account until after you get the email notice for the bill. This last time was different why ???? working on site maybe. Polecat
