Hey everyone,
Currently, I'm trying to help a family member log into their Telus.net email address on their MacBook through Apple Mail. I'm following the tutorial on Telus's website, which is instructing me to do this through the Google provider option. I am following the instructions, and I choose Google Workspace Account (I have tried both options however). I am being told my password is incorrect. However, I am ABSOLUTELY sure it is the correct password. I am able to log in with this password on both the Telus website on this device and on the phone. The google login application is the only place rejecting this password. I have also tried choosing "Other Mail Account" to set up an IMAP account (Have tried .gmail.com and .telus.net for the incoming and outgoing mail server options respectively), and this does not work. Anything else I can try? I'm at a loss for what to do.

When you try "Other" can you use these instructions to see if you're able to get further ahead:
Incoming server: imap.gmail.com
Outgoing server: smtp.gmail.com
Use SSL for both incoming and outgoing
Username: Your full Telus email address
Password: Your Telus email password
