problem with phone call connection on my Pixel XL

I have a Google Pixel XL for one year. Lately I always have problem in answering or making phone call. The connection was so bad that the other side conversation always got chopped off. Is it the network problem or my phone problem? Does any of you have similar issue when making/receiving phone call via Telus mobile network?

Have you tried moving to a location where you would be connected to a different tower? That should reduce the question to one of phone or network.
