Where's the option to add Apple Watch (cellular) to my existing mobile plan

Have a new Apple Watch (cellular) and cannot find the add on option anywhere, to add this cellular device to my existing cellular plan. So my phone and watch share my phone line.

Supposedly a $15 add on "Add an individual Unlimited Access plan to your account for $15 per month". But I can't find anywhere to add this, online

I'm on the "EPP Unlimited 100GB CAN-US 5G+" mobile plan currently.

Anyone have an idea how I do this?

To set up your watch should be able to go into the Watch app on your phone and select Cellular. Select Cellular Setup and it should ask you to login to your MyTELUS account and from there will guide you through selecting your plan and adding your e911 address.

EPP and watches have been an issue for a long time. It is possible the EPP account does not allow adding a watch, though retail/consumer plans do. Your phone account details should indicate if a watch can be added to your plan.

I was able to add my plan via Watch Cellular settings, but only the phone calling works reliable. SMS messaging does not appear to work - times out.

We recommend the following steps:

Check SMS settings: Make sure your watch is correctly linked to your phone number for SMS. You may need to ensure that messaging settings on both devices are properly synced.

Reboot both devices: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting both your phone and the watch to reset the connection.

Ensure data is active: Make sure your mobile data is enabled on your watch, as SMS messages require a data connection.

Update software: Check for any available software updates on your watch and phone, as updates can often fix bugs related to messaging.
