That was the most painful experience ever. Thought I would take advantage of the great deals on phone plans. Ordered online, esim, okay. Then it became a nightmare of constant texts, emails and calls and even an instore visit to verify and validate. F U Telus, you have made it incredibly impossible. But also thank you for reminding me why people say never to use you. You have a bunch of incompetent idiots in your India-based call centers.
