Got a call from Telus. Talked to a Philippines female agent by the name Jess of Activation Team. She said Telus has a promotion now. A Mobility plan for 3 countries Canada-USA-Mexico plan with unlimited calling to and from 3 countries, 200 GB data for just $45 month. I asked her to repeat the monthly charge. Again, she repeated $45. I even asked 4-5? She said yes. I agreed to join the plan. Now I checked the bill and realized it was $85 a month, not $45. Now I am spending an hour already to wait to talk to a Mobility agent to change to a regular plan. 😞 😞

I'm feeling your pain. I got ripped off too. Their promised $ 125$ per month for 3 lines and a smart home security bundle ends with a $ 407$ monthly bill. Now I'm sitting on the wait call to get to the rep.

I suggest you log into your My Telus account and see if the offer is there. I do believe it is in the $'s discribed. After once acepting a phone call offer, never again, same issue there were charges not discussed. I suppose the call center has to make a commision on top of what you get direct from Telus.
