Prepaid question regarding sim card

Just Moved In

Just bought a prepaid moto e phone from telus, sim card included. I registered online & inserted the sim card & it says SIM card does not allow a connection to this network.

Please help! Need this phone up & running ASAP.

Make sure you have transcribed the SIM number correctly to your account, and ensure there are funds in the account to activate it. If that does not address the issue, contact Telus as described in the link at the bottom the page.  It is possible you have a bad SIM, if the registration is accurate.
