I tried three times but was not successful in activating a new prepaid phone. Each time the activation process failed with a session timeout error message. This message appeared after filling in the subscriber details, phone details and what city you wanted your phone # in.
I decided to try a fourth time, but this time using a different browser than internet explorer 11. I was successful using the the current version of the "chrome browser".
