Hello, 

I am wondering if anyone can answer this question. I am wanting to order phones and set up plans online but is there somewhere you can do it but also keep your same number? We are currently with Koodo but we want to keep our phone numbers. Does anyone know if you can do this online or if it has to be in person?

Your phones will arrive with an assigned number, you then access your new Telus account, and Port the numbers from Koodo, which will close the Koodo account(s), generating a final bill from them. This should be able to be done online as a “number change.” See the process here.
