That could mean your SIM card isn't registered with Telus. Did you replace it or your phone recently?

Was this sim card and this phone working before? Which model are you using and since when do you have the error message?

It means you didn't register your SIM card on your account and you would be unable to use your service. Call TELUS costumer service to activate.
