This is not an offer we are aware of. Did you call Telus directly? We won't ask you to complete anything via email or links. Did you get their name and employee number?

11 months agoThis is not an offer we have heard of at Telus. Based on your description, the call you received appears to be a scam. Telus takes customer security very seriously, and we want to assure you of the following:
- We will never ask for personal information such as passwords or credit card details over the phone.
- Telus representatives will always call from an identifiable 1-800 number with clear Caller ID as "Telus."
- We do not call from blocked or unknown numbers, nor do we make calls at odd hours.
If you suspect a call is fraudulent, we recommend you:
- Do not provide any personal information.
- Hang up immediately.

That is the direct number for our Mobility team, but vigilance is key as numbers can also be spoofed. Best practice is to adhere to the tips we listed, and reach out to our team yourself to inquire about promotions/offers.

OK they called back on the main line which is the number that ends in 2273 and the colour ID is based off Telus mobilty
