Hi so I've been looking into a couple ulefones releasing soon, the power 5 and t2 pro, I wanted to ask beforehand if they'll work on the telus network I'm in Alberta Canada, the bands are in the following links

3G/HSPA/WCDMA: Band 5 (850 MHz), Band 2 (1900 MHz) Band 5 and Band 2 are not both present on all towers. Some locations have only one of the two.

LTE: Band 4 (1700 MHz / 2100 MHz), Band 29 (700 MHz) Band 4 is a paired band. Both frequencies are necessary for your phone to work. Band 29 is not present on all LTE towers.  Band 7 (2600MHz) is also not fully deployed.

Have you reviewed the ‘Will My Phone Work...’ article?  It should answer your questions about alternate supplier phones.

Power 5: No.

T2 Pro: 3G maybe. No LTE.

One rule of thumb is that if it has a MediaTek CPU in it, there is an extremely high chance it won't work in Canada.

I had figured they would since they list 850 for 3g and 2100 for 4g is there something I'm missing with it?
