@Yapper: Welcome to the TELUS-Forum. There're some options to track/down a phone nowadays. If you set this Phone Up on this Site: http://www.windowsphone.com/ . Logged In click the tab [How-To] then goto "Common questions" scroll down to the 15-option [How to find my lost phone] clicked+follow steps. To use this service, you've to previously (Register the Phone) on the website. Active-battery N' connected, via Cellular or Wi-Fy is required.
If the Phone-tracking down option failed. Contact your Mobile operator (Telus in this case) they might be able to determine, when the phone was lastly used. PS add more details to the case. Caution with [Post-button] you sent triple/posts.
