I was convinced to change to Telus July 4, 2024. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with customer service. I am continually being charged for services I have not received. The last few times they blamed me for not changing the service over. It is not my fault that they did not send the sim card.
I finally got them to send the SIM card and it apparently does not work. I am now screwed and have no cell service for work. I cant contact anyone i need for work. It does matter how many times I tell the AI I have cell service the only response, the AI keeps asking for the phone number to call.
I could very well lose my job due to Telus' awful customer service.
