I added a Wyze doorbell to my existing Wyze security app but can only connect via my home Wifi. Cannot connect through cellular data or public wifi when away from home. The Wyze security cam on the same app connects flawlessly on all. Firmware is up to date. Phone is Samsung s10+. Data saver is Off. Tried Android tablet on public wifi and it would not connect either. Have submitted a Log to Wyze. Anyone have similar issues?

Have some Wyze cams on my iPhone and don’t have any issues connecting on my home internet. Away from home on LTE or any connection it works fine.

Thanks for your reply but as I stated, my Wyze Cams are also fine on any connection. It's the doorbell that has the issues.

I have the door bell cam and works without issue. I would delete it from the app and re add it.
