From what I can see in articles online, it's currenlty in testing in the Durham region only. It hasn't been rolled out nationwide on any carrier yet. It is being tested until this year as part of a three year test, and we'll have to wait and see what happens from there. Other countries have adopted that system or something really similar and it sounds like Canada will also but it's likely just a matter of time.
