I've been fully activated on everything stream plus offers since the day I signed on, yet I continue to receive an "Action required: Activate your TELUS Films & Series subscription" email every few days. More of a mild annoyance than anything, but still...

Also, just to be sure you're hearing me correctly, it is not the Telus films and TV app itself that is giving problems. The activation went smoothly, it is just these activation reminder emails that I am receiving, for a service that is already active and working just as it should
