No, but if you've recently switched from Android to an iPhone, it would not surprise me to see that message. It also would not surprise me to see a similar message for iPhone users that switch to Android.
For this, tech support wouldn't be needed. It's very straight forward, if you've switched to an iPhone or non-Android device.
